RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely happy with your Ravoniraxo order. If something is not right, this page explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The full withdrawal instructions and a model withdrawal form can be found at the end of this page.

BEFORE YOU SEND SOMETHING BACK

Check the product details first. Every product page includes dimensions, materials and weight information. If you are unsure which item or size is right for you, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Try products carefully. You may of course test your new equipment the way you would in a shop. Please keep the packaging and any labels until you are sure you want to keep the item. Products that have been used beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and function may lose value, and you may be liable for that loss in value.

Pack your return safely. Ideally use the original packaging and include your order number so we can match your return quickly.

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Send us an email at info@ravoniraxo.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. We will reply with the return address and everything else you need.
3. Pack the items securely and send them back to us within 14 days of telling us about your withdrawal.

Please send a separate return for each order.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so that your return can be followed.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different variant, colour or size, just let us know with your order number. We will exchange the item as long as the variant you want is in stock. Alternatively, you can return the item and place a new order.

REFUNDS

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we will let you know by email. We will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs for standard shipping, no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them, whichever happens first. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, just tell us and we will issue a voucher for the full amount.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged or turns out to be faulty, please contact us at info@ravoniraxo.com with a short description and a photo. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with your statutory warranty rights. In this case you do not have to pay any return costs. Your statutory warranty rights of two years from delivery apply in full and are not affected by this policy.

EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that were made to your individual specifications or are clearly tailored to your personal needs, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will make this reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
